I build and shape software systems, from Windows desktop applications early on to distributed Go services and infrastructure as code today. Below is a condensed overview of where I worked, what I learned and where I share it.

Represents the electorate in the city council, debating and voting on local budgets, statutes, and policy, and holding the administration accountable. Serves on council committees that shape the city's infrastructure, education, and public services.
Builds and operates Go microservices and .NET applications that calculate independent fair values, risk metrics, and regulatory figures for banks, asset managers, and insurers, as part of Infront's RegTech and valuation offering. Owns deployment and operation of these services in production, and maintains and extends legacy .NET systems alongside the newer Go stack.

Built distributed cloud applications with Go microservices and queue-based asynchronous communication, including a networked aggregated tail over Go and gRPC for easier ad-hoc access to logs.
